  • stealth detection much shorter than eve, a melee champion
  • hyper carry bursts entire teams down late game
  • can position perfectly because his stealth allows it
  • can escape most situations because his stealth also gives him MS
  • but he isnt OP

Balance team honestly has zero clue on what they are doing. can you guys atleast shaco him and remove some of the steroids he gets for going stealth?

  • stealth detection much shorter than eve, a melee champion

Eve also has stealth permanently, for no mana cost, on no cooldown post 6, alongside what amounts to a nerfed Garen passive. Eve also is an entirely different class of champion, is balanced around different mechanics (Hard CC, immediate burst, escape+Execute on R), and around different items. Apples to oranges, my friend. But you want the primary reason Twitch's detection radius is smaller? Eve has her W, E, R, and protobelt for safety, and only has to stay out of combat for 4 seconds to get it back. Twitch only has the slow on his W and his Q for safety, and a possible BorK to steal MS.

  • hyper carry bursts entire teams down late game

Not really burst when on even terms...

...But what hypercarry of any kind doesn't take out entire teams? From Azir to Veigar, they can all eventually 1v5 (or at least 2v5. They may need some CC). Nasus can walk in and, assuming that he's stacked enough, and doesn't have too hard of a time getting to the enemy team, can just Q everyone to death, while healing most, if not all of the incoming damage because of his passive. What's the difference? That Twitch is an ADC, and therefore must never be viable ever for the boards to be happy?

  • can position perfectly because his stealth allows it

Still requires same knowledge of positioning to do right. Also requires a frontline. And, generally, you can't use it for both engage and disengage, unless you were going to win the fight anyways, in which case escaping is pointless.

  • can escape most situations because his stealth also gives him MS

His Q is actually pretty shit for escaping, unless your frontline CCs the opposing team to allow him to escape. At which point, he could have escaped anyways. It's more of an initiation/flanking tool than an escape tool.

  • but he isnt OP

Exactly. He isn't. He was favored by the meta at the time. And now he's really disfavored by the meta. With the sheer amount of burst available to assassins and mages, and the armor and MR lost by all marksmen, he just doesn't have enough defense to actually survive. Get your mid, jungle or support (at least 1 is an assassin at our tiers, and support's almost certainly a burst mage) to land their ult and one of their basic abilities on him.

Balance team honestly has zero clue on what they are doing.

Objectively false. They know what they're doing. They're not sure how it's going to affect everything (any balance shift beyond simply changing stats could, in theory, create a bug that completely breaks the entirety of the game), but they know what they're doing.

can you guys atleast shaco him and remove some of the steroids he gets for going stealth?

And clearly you have just as much idea about balance as you think the balance team does. Tinkering with MS always has a lot of impact (removing it could gut him - remember that Lee Sin lost %2 winrate overnight when they only removed 5 MS!), and removing the AS would make it next to useless for engaging (meaning it would need to be buffed for disengages, meaning it kicks in faster, gets a shorter detection radius, or gives more MS).

He wont get nerfed. His horrible early game is compensated with great late game.
