Why does Riot give Karthus a 2/3 for difficulty?
He pretty much has a skillshot replacing his autoattack, but I guess he's about as difficult as Darius and Hecarim and less difficult than Fizz.

Dynikus1 votesI think the real question is why did they even bother implementing the difficulty rating into the new client? It was useless before when it had a broader scale, now it only goes up to 3? With such a limited scale, they're saying azir, ivern, a sol, viktor, and fizz are all equally difficult to play.
