Now that item 1011 as well asitem 3067 can be built out of item 1028. Why can't item 1037 be built from item 1036 in the same way item 1053 does.

Because some item changes are directed towards certain champion archetypes or even champions in particular. In this case it was tanks who riot thought needed a little early game love.

Now that DFG is removed let's make item 1058 be built out of item 1026 same thing with item 1038 and item 1037

item 1036 + 3x item 2003 Is a viable start for AD champs and would make the typical item 1055 + item 2003 a less popular option if item 1036 could become item 1037 could become item 1038

I'd also like to see item 1037 into a item 1038. And a item 1052 into a item 1026 into a item 1058.
