A simple solution would be making it so each time he activates it to give XP, he receives a % of that XP as a permanent AP increase, not only making it more strategical, but not making it useless at lvl18
Environmentalist1 votesHeh, you know, I've never considered his passive at 18. I suppose it is useless at 18, though, it does get your team to 18 quicker. In a completely even game your team will have the xp advantage, so it still has a HUGE use during most of the game.

its not infinite scaling, you would get a AP = to a % of the XP given when you use this ability, so there is a limit given by the amount of XP accumulated and reaching lvl 18.
