Since leveling requirement is reduced to half

Should requirement for playing ranked be increased? or maybe reduce the starting mmr of unranked players to make up for the reduced experiences?

Recently I had encountered quite a number of unranked players in my rank games and it clearly causes significant disadvantages and unfairness.

How is it appropriate that new unranked players are going to be 50% less experienced yet matching with the same level of opponents/teammates as before?

There's no real need for this, as you need to own at least 16 Champions before you can play ranked. Since free-to-play Champions aren't allowed unless you already own them, and 6 bans are required, you need 10 remaining to choose from in the (extremely unlikely) event that all your other available Champions are taken.

Having 16 champion =/= Have the skill to play 16 champion at a base level =/= able to jump into mid silver mmr and play as expected

You could always climb to an ELO that would never encounter unranked players if it bothers you. :)

just that it really bothers me how my adc doesn't know what cs, mia, and ping means.

You do also realize not everyone does their ranked promos at the start of the season? Look at me, I'm unranked this season and don't plan on doing my promos at all unless I feel I really must.

Without proof they only recently joined and got to level 30 within only a few days then you assuming that is rude.

I am just curious why every single one of my teammates were unranked last game

they told me in chat that they are new to the game, and since i can encounter 4 in one game, i assume it's not a minority.

If they all said they were new then they may have joined during pre-season or the beginning of the season. It took me about a month to get to level 30, and I played basically all day other then a select few days.

Being new doesn't always mean you joined that day or a few days ago, or that the thing that's new is brand new out of the box.

they might mean they all just hit lv30 tho, i am not entirely sure.

Or that, yeah. But that doesn't mean they know nothing about the game.

You have less chance to have an unranked player in your games than the ennemy team. (56% on the ennemy team side, since you aren't unranked that 4 against 5)

People that get them will get easier opponents next game because your ranking falls.

The system is still completly balanced. It's like saying each time someone new joins the game, everyone should have +1lp. That's just plain dumb.
