Went 7/1 in lane, still lost because of a single person who died within a minute of them respawning

Objectives>teamfights Cs>kda Do I have to go on, even I make these mistakes but seriously you can’t blame one dude for a loss unless he goes /20 in 20 mins where he’s just being a jerk

When you go 7/1 in lane but still can't carry the game it means you did something wrong. Maybe you didn't turn that lead into objectives, or didn't use that lead to pick your allies up and get them on their own snowballs, or maybe you're just focusing too much on a single game, but somewhere in there you've messed up if YOU can't turn a 7/1 lead in the lane phase into a victory.
