They have needed to do this for years. This should be demand. I know my free time is hard to come by and worth a lot. 20 too long. How many boring 4vs5 have I, nay, we, had to sit through over the years? How many cumulative hours of ours have you wasted? The fact that you don't bother to address this is a sad joke.
Further: hi, welcome to 2015; 4vs5 games shouldn't even start.

4v5s are a different concern. I do agree that if you have anyone on your team AFK long enough to turn their name red, you should be able to surrender right then and there. Plus, any game like that shouldn't cost you any LP at all.
