Will Riven get a rework?

Some might apply this to all resource-less (erm, no spell cost) Champions etc but especially Riven's kit and playstyle makes CDR a must on her. I know her passive incentives AA between spell casts but she really doesn't want to after her rotation, unlike other "Fighters" who are more than willing to keep AA'ing you. Yeah her being an AD spellcaster makes her unique but that also kinda makes her part-assassin without building any lethality items (which ironically has CDR). She has more mobility, CC and shield than any other Assassin which is what enables her to be a top-laner. Idk, I just think she shouldn't be so reliant on her abilities as much, silence/CC really shuts her down. Meh.
