The title... It perfectly describes the atmosphere of boards after 5.22, doesn't it?

Doesn't that say quite a bit about the patch? It feels like we, as a community, are almost completely unified in terms of our opinions about 5.22, which is that it was a huge mistake by Riot. It feels like some changes weren't thought through, it also slightly feels like we got too much at once (that's what I feel like), and the entire patch feels pretty messy in general, like it was done hastily without hours and hours of thinking it through. Shouldn't this be unacceptable for a game with such a massive community, so many talented staff members and a huge budget?
