Ryze's kit is broken... no suprise

Congratulations, Riot. You have succeeded in making his kit more overloaded and broken (NOTE: Broken does not necessarily mean overpowered) than before. They do realize that when they give a champion a lot of power in their basic abilitys + a movement ult, it RARELY works... or are they too blind to see that (Ex: Kalista, Ryze, Taliyah). Kled will probably be the same way. They need to stop with these kinds of champion designs.
