Are any of these getting nerfed at some point?

There's a reason why even Rengar and Kha are building some of these at certain situations, not to mention the horribly stagnated state the professional scene has been for months now. Of all the items above, Guardian Angel is the worst offender in my eyes. I was under the impression that GA was meant to be a safe item for squishes against quick bursts like Zed or Syndra, yet right now is abused as a Second Life for Mega Tanks (Mao, Naut).

You keep nerfing tanks, taking away their unique strengths instead of letting them keep those strengths and tuning down the items just a TINY bit. I'm no talking about any Rylai's levels of nerfs here.
