@RIOT: Role Diversity goals

I have been trying to get a response on this for a while, and I know it's hard because you can't respond to everyone, so I hope you see this eventually:

On the topic of "role diversity": this was my BIGGEST objection to the proposed changes to Skarner during the juggernaut update. I can't find the post anymore, but I was actually quoted asking if it was Riots goal to remove Skarner from all roles but jungle, to which riotscruffy (?) Replied "not what we were shooting for, but it does kind of do that, yes." (Or something very close to that)

So now that you have stated "role diversity" as a gameplay goal this year, is there any plans for my boy Skarner?

Kog'maw got a full revert, LeBlanc and Rengar are getting partial reverts. These are/were largely due to failed reworks. Skarner's juggernaut changes were some of the most uninspired changes to a champion in my opinion and failed to leave him in a good and balanceable spot, not to mention locking him in as a jungle champ unless you like torturing yourself (me) and playing with crappy base stats and no passive. Personally, I liked him best just before juggernaut changes.

Please RIOT, I am begging for a reply here.
