Does it work? Absolutely not.

Did I try really hard to make it work? I guess so.

Basically, I locked all my shit in my dad's house, so I couldn't fuck around on my phone in class. What's the next best thing? Don't answer that. It's fucking with intended buildpaths.

Annie's E has a damage reduction and Thornmail-esque effect. Tibbers has a Sunfire Cape aura. You know what this means?

Sunfire/Thornmail Annie.

It's awful. The most awful kit/item synergy to ever exist. But it's fucking hilarious to watch a little girl take fucking rockets and crossbow bolts to the face and return more damage than she's being dealt.

Have a look, don't mind the shitty start. I managed to get an A+ by the end of the game... lol

Annie tank is something I've thought as possible due to her stun passive. Just build her with enough tanky items and CDR and she'll be able to stun lock enough people.

I've never tested it, and I'll have to watch that video later.

She does offer team utility with the AoE stuns even when built tank, but she's abysmally weak early game. When you build tank instead of damage, you don't get to trade very well, plus your base defense stats aren't too amazing early game so you kinda just have to wait until you have a few items to be able to soak any real damage.

To mitigate a bit of the early-game weakness to trades and other champs, I took her into the jungle to farm in peace. It was kinda ugly early on, because I did get caught by Graves a few times, but after I had Cinderhulk and a few other component items I was able to be a bit more useful. Especially late game, being able to just haphazardly drop spells everywhere for team stuns and still be able to just eat damage was useful.

ROA-Rylais-Zhonyas-Abyssal-Ninja Tabis-Thornmail. Her damage will be high still, and she will also reflect a pretty high amount to enemies. Abyssal can be swapped for Liandrys if you want more hp instead of MR.

I'll have to test it out. I thought Liandry's might be good on Tank Annie Top to help against other tanks for sure.
