Does Urgot's W activate plants?
Because I've had multiple times where Urgots have activated their W and seem to accidentally activate blast cones and other pants when near.

Yes. It shoots whatever unit is closest to him -- be that plants, wards, people, minions, monsters, towers, friendly GP barrels or inhibs.
It hit anything.
Its a great ward clearer. If someone drops a ward you his W next to it and its gone.
