Teemo Level 3 Cheese

Please, I just want Teemo to not be able to oneshot me at level 3 from full hp using simply a q, 3 auto's, and ignite. He can pull off the auto Q ignite instantly whenever you get into his range and then its just the speed boost and 2 more autos. He's not OP, I get it, but at level 3 in the top lane against a teemo, no mr could have been bought, no hp could have been bought, no movespeed could have been bought, and because his blind allows for such little counterplay this early in the game, its basically a oneshot cheese that gives a guarenteed kill at level 3. Now I know what you're all gonna say "oh its just teemo wait out his blind and then fuck him up" but if the teemo is a level 7 mastery teemo who really knows what he's doing (Dont ask me why someone would love satan that much) he won't waste his q and he will execute the level 3 cheese perfectly every time. So, just that level 3 damage please someone remove it
