A simple thought: since match-making will consider position, it means that the auto-filled ADC or whatever in your team will have less chance of getting crushed because he was auto-filled. The point here is regarding teammate, not when YOU are auto-filled or getting your 2nd position.

These changes are healthy for match-making and teammates. I like it. Thanks =)
