how, how did you extrapolate feeding and trolling in ranked out of "having fun"? Some of my best and favorite games were me carrying my bronze friends (bronze 1, they are bronze 4) as teemo top. Not because i trolled and fed, but because i was with friends and all trying my hardest.

That does not mean it can't be fun, but ranked should be approached with a manner of professionalism. You sound like the more casual mind set type of player. Before I continue, let me say that is completely ok. Now onto what I want to say.

I use to play professionally for a card game called YuGiOh, for the sake of privacy I won't say my real name. To be a pro gamer you need to have the following mind sets.

-To be organized -To be self critical -Play to learn -Play to win

Despite leaving the YuGiOh competitive scene, I approach league of legends with the same mind set. I would also one day like to be a streamer or a content maker. I also know the higher my elo is, the higher of chance of success I secure myself, for fact is people respect people of higher elo. A gold players opinion will be looked upon higher than a bronze opinion, a diamond opinion will be looked upon stronger than a gold opinion.

A common thing people like me here is "LOL ITS JUST A GAME BRO CHILL OUT" when we aren't even being toxic. If it's just a "game" to you, than please, don't play ranked. Their is a game mode for you, it's called normals. League of legends at this point is more than a game. It's job opportunity, and a lot of people would like to have a chance to achieve it.
