Lethal Tempo is usually the go to for fast rapid firing ADCs to just get more attack speed. Currently you can get around 110% bonus attack speed from it after a short wind-up.
What would you do if instead, it uses only 75 - 95% of all bonus attack speed but takes off the attack speed cap in return?
What playstyles would change?

TheRealistKirby1 votesI think this would take away a lot of the pressure these champs get from their items. They're all very finely tuned around their attack speed and attack speed items, so lowering the effect those have is gonna really hurt them until they can get 6 items, which they probably wouldn't be able to do. Not a bad idea, but I don't think it would work without changing a lot of champ stats and how the game progresses.
