so if you want 9 of them you got to spend like 7.3k+ just for 1 part of a rune set.

how many hours is it going to take for me to get that, like 50 hours for just ONE part of a rune set?

I just buy a 10 win and 3 Day boost and double up on IP bonuses to where I get around 400+IP per win. lol. Then it only should take you about 15-20 games to do it. lol.

Without spending money though yeah, you're looking at maybe several dozen if not close to a hundred games if you don't win a lot.

The IP Cost of Runes needs to be fixed.
