LeBlanc lacks meaningful counterplay.
As it stands, counterplay to LeBlanc is as follows: ward, don't get anywhere near her massive kill range, have point and click cc, and buy Banshee's/QSS/Zhonya's. That's it. There is very little I can actually interact with. I wish they would do to her what they did to Zed and make it so there is a delay before she can jump back to her Distortion circle.
Why does a champion with 2 massive gap closers also have a long range snare? It's not even a melee snare, the range is huge. With that much mobility, you shouldn't have such a long ranged cc. It's also pretty hard to dodge, since the hitbox is pretty wonky.
In addition, why does LeBlanc have point-and-click poke? This limits the amount of counterplay even further. I can't dodge it. And I also can't retaliate, since she can dash in, Q R me for 1,000 damage, then leave. The mark that she applies with Q isn't meaningful either. Kat and Akali have similar abilities with their Q. When they throw it, you know to back off, and you can back off when they throw the projectile too, because it's slow. You know if you stay you will die. LeBlanc has a high speed projectile she can instantly proc, and you can back off like the other champions because of her gap closers and CC. At least Kat and Akali can't snare you.
In addition to this, she has more burst damage than even a Veigar for most of the game. Why does the champion with the most mobility in the game also have hard CC and extremely high burst? You nerfed Kassadin for the same reasons Riot, and his burst was lower, he didn't have hard CC, and he had really high mana costs and a bad early game. Why is LeBlanc untouched, and you're considering buffing her dash speed again? She doesn't even need to land her Distortion on top of you to 100-0 you. How many other mages can burst you from 100-0 without their whole kit landing? Not many.
Honestly, LeBlanc just needs range nerfs. Nerf her dash range and her snare range. It's either that or her damage, and as you can see with Kassadin now, nerfing the damage is probably not the best way to go.
