Curious what the general opinion of the boards is on this.

I realize that both poll options are examples of some level of toxicity, and thats is why the wording of the question is which is MORE toxic.

Poll: who is MORE toxic, Players who enter a game with the intent of trolling/running it down, also including players who for whatever reason will stop trying to win in ranked games.

OR The people who Flame these types of people.

Just to clarify, for the trolls/inters/ppl who give up I am not talking about someone just having a bad game, or being matched against a lane opponent that outskills them and playing poorly for that reason, I am talking about people who purposely troll/int whether they come into the game with that intention OR something in the game makes them decide to troll.

I know which i think is more toxic but am fairly curious what the general consensus of the boards is on this.

Edit: and if you could please explain your reasoning why you believe one or the other to be more toxic.

My personal view is that Intentional trolls/inters/people who quit trying are more toxic in ranked because the mode is supposed to be competitve and they are wasting the time of 9 other players when they grief a match, more-so their own teammates BUT to a degree they are also wasting the time of the enemy team because theyre depriving the enemy team of an actual competitive match as well.

Don't get me wrong, the folks who flame them are also in the wrong, but I consider them less toxic because I can understand their frustration at their time being wasted and their LP being lost despite their effort.

If you want to just troll/have fun/mess around and dont care about winning there are plenty of game modes for you, aram, normals, even coop-vs ai. But in my experience what I have observed is that many of the players who do this in ranked are INTENTIONALLY trying to ruin the game for the other players in the game, laughing when people get upset at them for their trolling and even trying to bait them into being toxic so that they can report them because for whatever reason they see that people care about how they do in Ranked and they enjoy ruining it for them.
