@Riot so besides base stat changes, is Karthus getting anything else by chance?

I've been seeing all the changes to different champs and stuff on S@20 and I know it's still early, but I was wondering not only what kind of stat changes is my main man Karthus gonna get, but if he's gonna be getting any other changes as well. Especially since there isn't really a good keystone rune to synergize with his kit in particular (AFAIK the only 2 so far is Comet and Perxie, and they're both really meh from what I can tell)

On top of that, with old runes going away, one of Karthus's main sets of runes (at least for reds and maybe blues) is Magic Penetration. Will we be getting some new form of that as well by chance?

Other than that, I'm sort of liking what I'm seeing. the Stopwatch rune will help if I need Hourglass sooner, I'll FINALLY get to have my ult below a minute if I go full CDR (and tbh it won't be that hard lol), and Hunter's Talisman looks like something I could use for some sort of off-tank JG Karthus build :P

Anyway, I'm just seeing if I can get a response here even though it's super early to be talking about stuff like this, but I'm just wondering if/when my favorite Deathpope is gonna get some love soon :)

P.S. I still would like to know if there's any discussion on if there's a way to make Luden's/Runic + Comet work more clearly with Karthus's Ult (I've hear 4 different theories as to how it's supposed to work now! :P )
