Fizz is more broken than he ever was. Nice Riot.
So now fizz isn't reliant on his non-existant CDs, but they've gone hybrid so that now their autos hurt. and because of your changes, they hurt more.

Can you stop crying please.
For you every champion that gets fed will be op and will need a nerf.
I say stop complaining, fizz was nerfed, end of story he will not be nerfed further.
Feed any champion and watch them burn you.
Fizz is fine don't talk non sense please.
I actually saw people still ban Fizz. I lold. He's a competent jg and top but come on...
people just don't want fizz to be viable anywhere. hes a ok jungler provides good ganks but that's about as far as it goes. top lane there's just better choices.
He used to have a built in BoTRK passive on his W. AD and hybrid fizz were always better than AP fizz, it's just erasing people in the blink of an eye was more satisfying and technically safer.
He still has the un-fun elements of his kit, primarily the troll pole, but he's not in as bad a spot as he was a few patches ago when I felt like just dodging and uninstalling whenever I saw him picked in champ select.

AD was not better than AP. AP had a better late game, better laning, more safety and more damage. If you wanted sustained damage, AP Fizz had extremely low cooldown burst rotations and could kill multiple squshies instantly. There was no reason to play AD over AP, since the AP build outshined the AD build in almost every way. Now since AP does a significantly smaller amount of damage without landing Chum the Waters, and they added the %health damage to Seastone Trident's active, on-hit is significantly better.
I honestly don't mind the changes. Q > E were undodgeable and did like all of your HP. Atleast now he has to actually stick to you to kill you so there's some counterplay.
