Riot, why did you revert Rengar?

Now there are storms of people who are crying to revert Fizz, Leblanc, Talon, Zac, and pretty much everyone who's gotten a small rework.

You've brought this upon yourselves, Rito.

so you telling me that the same people who have been crying for Riot to revert their champion are still crying about the same thing?

The "people" crying about reverting Fizz are actually one person who's been crying about reverting Fizz ever since he got reworked, IIRC.

I agree, revert Fizz

No the revert LeBlanc crew came first.

Rengar mains were pissed off to for good reason but LeBlanc mains have been demanding a revert forever even back when she was broken asf after her rework.

We have been demanding for our voices to be heard ever since they sent out the bs community feed back shit during patch 6.22. All we got were promises that meddler and riot have not followed up on and nerfs.

Maybe they should revert a lot of those characters? A lot of changes haven't been a good idea of the course of the game. People are jsutifiably not happy when their favorite characters change into something they find less fun.

Revert Talon. I want the old talon not the new Talon. The parkour isn't as helpful in comparison to raw damage. Can't have my fed rengar vs fed talon especially if rengar is getting his old q back.

As a Talon main (pretty much a fuckin one trick at this point lol) I'd like to politely disagree with you on this.

Considering Talon's insane damage, especially early game, it makes sense he doesn't have a blink.

Zed can have a blink because he generally uses his ult and waits for the Death Mark to pop before the person dies. (Which takes like 2.5ish seconds or something)

Kat can have a blink because she has a much higher skill cap than most other assassins in my opinion, and it takes some time to get her burst off.

Talon is easy to play and has very fast, damaging burst, so of course he can't instantly get to his enemy. He has to either ult and risk the enemies using their escape, rendering his ult useless, or do some skilled wall jumps to catch up.

I think the small dash on his Q is pretty generous TBH.

Talking about reverts on assassins, To be dead honest, the old Talon was way more fun and practical. Of course I already know that this is just my opinion but please, hear me out :)

The old Talon had an amazing E ability and the blink was so core to his kit. It seems that everybody thinks the bleed is core.

The passive change was justified, his old passive was so strange for his kit and felt like a filler. The new build up to a reward passive is great no doubt. Would be really cool if his passive could apply to large jungle creatures so that Talon with his new E ability focused on making him a roamer, could actually jungle which is the roaming role. Even if his old passive empowered his E much like kata it would've been cool. Look not reset coz hot damn that would be nuts, but maybe snowball him in a fight so if a kill occurs it empowers one of his next abilities like E having a longer range or Q doing more damage or W being faster. Alot of possibilities if you have the imagination for it but moving on...

His Q... The old Q was incredible because of its AA reset. It felt great and the bleed was fair. Not OP as hell but it did its part in trading. The coolest thing though was the fact that the AA reset combined with either of the hydra items and especially timing, was awesome for so many things. Last hits, Drake/baron steals, kills, harass and my favorite of all... turret damage.

The delay on Talons W I feel is unjust. Riot had a good heart in wanting to delay all assassins windows of burst by a bit, giving many squishy characters a sporting chance. The problem though is that Talon felt that delay window the hardest. LB can still instant cast everything and her only delay is that extra damage pop from her passive but it isn't even necessary for her to get the kills. Zed can instantly switch back to ult shadow again, rengar and kha'zix still have no delays, lets not even talk about fizz. Kata's window is really well done though and she is super fun but tricky so its a risk=reward/regret scenario.

Talon's W is mega delayed though, they created an entirely new animation of his blades free-styling it out just to show how open that window is. Its Pretty though.

His E, man his E. It allowed him to outplay soooo many characters, if provided with a skilled enough player behind the keyboard of course. It also allowed him that beautiful moment of truth where he could close in on the backline just like every other assassin without the use of walls can. Kata has her E and E resets, Rengar ult, Kha W and Ult, Fizz Q,E and Ult . They could do it without ruining the tempo of their rotation. The new Talon E breaks it, you have to find your way to a sweet spot not to mention run into enemy vision all the time, then hop over a wall putting it on CD and doing your 3 ability rotation if its at all possible without having to burn ult immediately to escape. The E is glaringly obvious so they always see you coming. Once that's occurred and you're the new target, he has to immediately disengage over a wall again potentially leaving behind low health ADC's or mages. Old E, just like yas, if you wanted to leg it you had to ward and hope the was a gromp or raptors to escape to otherwise your ass was grass and its lawn day for the enemy team, so they got the mower ready.

His ult is fine but I enjoyed having to plan and risk an ult on the desired target than to just simply ult, brainlessly run up and AA them. Call me old fashioned but much like the newer versions of WoW, everything is way too easy. Our minds aren't being stimulated enough and our skill cap growth slowly gets stunted.

Understandably new Talon had the highest first blood ratio after his rework of all champs and his bleed+ignite combo was madness but moses... He fell off so fast after that and the rollercoaster of lethality buffs and nerfs.

Again, I know its just an opinion and I was a Gold player in S7 (South African so our ms is 180 with a fibre connection and if not its 200+) but I mained him for the whole of S5-S6 and had such a blast with him. Hes got a super fast burst no doubt but once that burst is down hes vulnerable again, which made the old E fair. If planned incorrectly you were in trouble, if not, you were rewarded... And hey, dying is part of learning as failure is the staircase to success. the new E though, its annoying xD to everyone. Especially to people who outplayed his burst window and dodged his turtle W and as they're about to own him they experience a "BUT CAN YOU DO THIS hops away" moment.
