where is the "target champion only" option?

hate ot when enemy stand near tower/baron/drag and it makes me unable to click on the enemy due to camera angle issue. I heard there is this option, anyone know where it is?

It's "~", the key that's right next to "1" if you're using a QWERTY (who isn't though (I don't know if it's the same position with other keyboards)).

you can have a seperate key from champions only, while still A--moving on another key

i think you can bind it to a key so when you hold that key your aa and nonskillshot abilities only target champions.

you can bind it to a key in the key bindings menu, should be there somewhere

It's "~" which is right next to the "1" on your keyboard. That is the designated binding
