Some TF ideas

Let me start off by saying that I really like Twisted Fate, and I would main him if every single team I come across in Team Builder or otherwise needed a supp so bad. Right now I think that he is in a awkward position where sometimes he is just broken and other times he kinda does nothing. Anyways here are my ideas.

Pick A Card: Right now the only differences between each card are the base damage that each card does and it's effect...so actually there are a lot of differences between them but each card scales the same, which is weird since the in-game tool tip goes through the trouble of showing each card's scaling. Blue Card: Right now deals 120 + 50% AP magic damage and restores 150 mana at max rank. I think that it should have 60% AP scale, and restore extra mana if you hit an enemy champion. Red Card: No change Gold Card: Deals 45 + 50% AP magic damage and stuns the target for 2 seconds at max rank. I think that it should have a 40% AP scale. This would emphasize the idea that the gold card isn't supposed to kill, which it can right now if Twisted Fate gets the items he needs together.

The next ability I want to address is his Q, Wild Cards.

Bump the scaling from 50% AP to 55% AP, to compensate for the nerf to his Gold Card damage. I know this cuts TF a solid 5% AP on his combo but I think that a 60% scale on his Q would be too much damage.

Stack the Deck. This ability is maxed last and is not very important to Twisted Fate players right now. Right now it increases his Attack Speed by up to 30% at max rank and every fourth auto attack deals bonus magic damage that scales at...you guessed it, 50% AP. Seriously TF is cut down the middle at 50% AP scalings. My idea would be to amp it up to 60% AP scaling, and make it so that if you kill a minion with your empowered auto attack, you proc your passive, loaded dice (every time you kill a minion you receive an extra 1-6 gold) twice (as in you roll the dice twice).

Destiny/Gate: Right now the range on his Gate is 5500 units and that never increases on rank. I would have it so that it starts at 5000 units and increases by 500 units for each rank, making the max 6000.

This "new" TF would have the following effects. 1.) Blue Cards might be utilized in lane for trading, since it restores more mana and deals the most damage against a single chamion. 2.) Stack The Deck would be more handly, more likely to see points in it early game. The 5% AP that was lost on his gold card wildcard combo can be easily made up by use an empowered attack. 3.) Immediate Level 6 Top/Bot lane ganks would be a little harder to manage, considering that he has to travel another 500 units 4.) Would become an even better split pusher in late game. Riot themselves said that they want split pushing to become a more viable strategy and Twisted Fate is kinda known for it. By increasing the range on his late game ults he can whip around the map a little better.

I understand that these changes would make him more potent, but i fail to see where it would make him OP. He still has the same weaknesses as before, Low MS, predictable burst damage, low mobility pre level 6. It would make challenging him when he uses his empowered auto more effective since if he doesn't use it during his combo he loses 5% AP damage. The extra passive on stack the deck would give him more gold, but not too much, I guess around 300 more gold by end-game.

Please explain why this TF would be OP
