Claiming that a champion with high damage and near-negligible CC is a tank just because they are durable is enough for me to doubt their game knowledge.

I don't know why someone would say it about Poppy, Shyv, and Nautilus.

But in terms of Rammus and Malphite, yes, ADCs being strong always leads to Rammus and Malphite being strong.

Shyv is a bruiser style champ who only becomes "tank" in ult form. Poppy= bruiser. Naut is a tank with a lot of cc, shield, and damage if you are at his feat.
