Revert the f*cking Fizz Rework.

I don't even care that you made his R hitbox the width of the lane. I care that the only viable Fizz build is AP Assassin. He was my most-played Champion last season and I probably only played a handful of games as AP Assassin Fizz. It's boring and fairly unhealthy gameplay when it is meta. I played AD, Hybrid, AP Bruiser, AP Off-Tank, AD Bruiser, plus about 10 different builds as 'OP' items (i.e. Rageblade) came in and out of the meta. You could do weird burn builds with DFT + DoT items and a bunch of Flat and % MPen.

Now you just R and mash all of your abilities and hope that you one-shot someone. There's no skill to him anymore. If you outplay someone with your E, you've got not immediate follow-up. I always felt like Fizz was a very reactive champion and now all of that is gone.

And you know what the worst thing is? Even AP Assassin and Full Tank Fizz were in a pretty balanced spot before you reworked them. Riot gave me a giant middle finger with this rework and they refuse to even refund my skins (over the course of the last season I slowly purchased every skin and chroma).
