master yi's true damage should crit

He needs something. As it stands he seems to do the least damage on the team (as a jungler but still) which is weird because you feel like he's doing more with a score of 10/2 or something. But he really is a clean up and isolation champion. His ult would have to be nerfed to compensate any kit changes, and there're really good master yi players out there, so he may be balanced. But I feel like he needs a more relevant niche without necessarily buffing him.
