If you're a laner, you might as well should have AD. If you're a jungler, you might as well should have AS.
Are there any specific champions that actually want Lethality more than either enough to gimp their early game for it?

Nasus in particular, he one shots ADCs a lot sooner with Lethality
Talisid1 votesI really don't think so. Most people take runes for their early game power, lethality is basically a scaling armor pen rune. I don't really see the point.
