'Deadeye Jhin' predictions

a) Mid-ranged AD assassin, possibly marksman, but with the new upcoming Assassin item, changes to Death's Dance and Statikk Shiv, and the new Mastery, an Assassin champ would make sense. The last AD Assassin was Yasuo, a while ago.

b) Hoping for a champion that finally does different things to different champions... We see each person he 'kills' has some different effect on them as they 'die'. Even if it's visual-only, that would be pretty cool.

c) All of the teasers have been in slow-mo, including a slowed down sample of what sounds like a gun, this may be a clue to some sort of 'bullet time' mechanic, his 'unique gimmick'.

d) His gimmick may also be a 'spell-gunner' who can select from a variety of magic ammunition to turn his victims into 'art', as opposed to it being specific to the target champion

e) I'm tempted to say his 'gun' isn't really a gun... but perhaps some kind of twisted camera or projector, that evokes something out of his target, or imposes something from him onto the target. Or takes a snap-shot of his masterpiece as they die and grants him something from that
