But Lux can't delete people anymoooree, I can't do four bajillion damage to that LeSuck and Fed. I need an easier time to stack my mejai's cause it's not easy enough having a longer poke range than any adc apart from Caitlyn, lower cooldowns than Ahri, and more snares than Ryze and Morgana.

Obvs I'm sarcastic. I don't think she needs them, yet anyone complaining otherwise means you're delusional. I mean, it's not like I have 500+ games of her support and mid across 3 seasons. Someone who just picked her up or is high elo knows much much more because skill.

she doesn't have a low cooldown on ult, it's a decent cd

it used to be lower then riot nerfed it they're trying to partially revert it by putting a condition (killing someone)

it's 80/65/50 seconds without any CDR. Considering she generally gets item 3165 first item, it's more like 64/52/40. Add in another 10% from item 3157 which she tends to get, and it's 56/45/35

I'm really curious how you're gonna try to argue that that's not a low cooldown.

just like i thought it wasn't low, if you want to watch a low cd ult look at diana base cd

Lux was nerfed and riot wants to partially revert the nerf, i don't care about lux i'm not a lux main i'm not a midlane main i'm just explaining what riot is doing

it's literally one of the shortest cooldown ults in the game outside of toggles/modifiers/stacking abilities like corki, teemo, karma, nidalee, swain, etc. The only champions I can think of that have a shorter ult cd are Yasuo Blitzcrank Diana Kassadin . I'm surely missing some, but there's no denying is has a short cd.
