The reason I think Evelynn is bad right now + Suggestions

Before her rework, she had access to her movespeed buff prior to reaching her target, and could also slow it from range with her ult. Now, she only gains her movespeed by using E once she's already on her target, and her CC too is only applied once she reaches her target. This, in addition to the fact that her "new dash ability", namely her empowered-E, has an extremely small range (for comparison, it's literally as much range as Yorick's Q), makes it very difficult for her to reach targets she cursed (pre-charmed, whatever).

How to fix this? Suggestion 1: Increase the range for her empowered E, duh. It could be literally doubled. Suggestion 2: Remove movespeed bonus from E. Instead, she should get increased movespeed when moving towards cursed targets. Maybe give her normal E a super-small slow to compensate, since it'll be too thematically boring of an ability with just the damage part, and she'll have an overall lower access to movespeed buff because W's CD is longer.
