Mastery system rework suggestion
-When a champion is reworked, everyone who is above lvl 5 should be downgraded to lvl 5, as they have no experience with their entire kit -Lvl 6 should require 3 S- or more, lvl 7 should require 5 S or more. You should be scared when you see a lvl 6 +. It should be the result of hard and consistent work.
Other ideas, feedback appreciated. I had these on my mind for a while.
