In this patch she does not even have a 50% winrate yet she's getting nerfed?

Zoe Paddle Star (Q) max damage AP ratio lowered from 150% to 125%

In this meta she is countered by a lot of the meta picks mid lane that either dive her, assassinate, or out roam her with superior wave clear. Her main win condition was to win early skirmishes but she can barely roam early with her horrible wave clear and this just makes it worse. What happened to the rework she was going to get to make her healthier to play against? Cause this just looks like the Azir treatment to me...

because you're not allowed to have remotely bursty AP champs, only bursty AD champs! Despite burst mages typically have 0 follow-up since its not like they can AA you to death if you survive their rotation [sg-ahri-1] /joke but still true
