Make it reduce 60% damage instead of 40%, so assassins are completely gutted

It's mainly assassins. I, as a mage (Azir) main, usually can't afford to take exhaust instead of barrier, and Zhonya's instead of something i need, like Nashor's Tooth or Luden's

Have you tried to learn how to fight assassins without feeding? It can be done believe it or not.

They would never buff exhaust that way sadly.

If anything they would give it back the armor/MR decrease and further plummet us into more damage.
