Singed [consider these unfinished, confirming!] Poison Trail (Q) AP ratio increased from 30% to 40% Damage changed from 22/34/46/58/70 to 20/30/40/50/60

Fling (E) mana cost lowered from 100/110/120/130/140 to 80/95/110/125/140

Insanity Potion (R) Mana cost lowered from 150 to 100 Stat bonus changed from 35/50/80 to 35/60/85

my thoughts:

i'm a little disappointed that it's mostly just stat changes, but s@20 says this is unfinished, so there might be more adjustments for singed coming. i was hoping he might get proper adjustments that push him to a stronger late game and coming back to AP bruiser builds like intended. looks like we'll have to wait

The stuff they had back in the 7.12 Cycle was pretty juicy, along with those changes it had

Fling (E): Mana cost changed from 100/110/120/130/140 to 70/85/100/115/130 % of Target Max Health as magic damage changed from 6/6.5/7/7.5/8 to 6% at all ranks. [new] Now has a [2% per 100 AP] ratio

Insanity Potion (R) : Mana cost lowered from 150 to 100 at all ranks. Stat bonus changed from 35/50/80 to 30//60/90 Stat bonus duration changed from 25 to 15/20/25 [new effect] "Poison Trail's cloud duration is also doubled."

yeah, those were really nice, i like the ult change in particular

just getting mana buffs isn't gonna help any of his issues in meta, since they pulled them again i'm guessing we have to wait another patch

There was a pretty big and immediate backlash against this cycle amongst the Singed mains, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were pulling 'em back temporarily to get the old changes ready.

Ult change in particular seemed nice, his level 6 power spike is a bit excessive atm and the double poison trail seemed to make it more interesting beyond "I outdamage you more"
