I gotta say, it isn't really fun when my adc/carries can get one-shot by a hecarim that builds only trinity force and then goes full tank. Due to building tanky, CoC, and his healing on W he is literally unkillable after a few items and can one shot carries. It has been this way for a long time now. It's getting very old.

Ban him or Counter pick him.
Counter jungle / invade to put him behind on farm. Trinity Force is literally the second most expensive item in the game.
Otherwise, deep vision, map awareness, playing safely and intelligently are pretty much all you can do until he gets nerfed.
