@Riot, Opinion On Shaco?

I remember there being a rework in the tubes but got shelved due to sentiments of "This no longer feels like Shaco." Well, I main the champion, and I've spoken to several highly ranked Shaco players for their opinions on the matter as well, but given you're ultimately the end-all be-all decision makers,

1. Is changing Shaco still on the to-do list, or is he considered in a good spot now?
2. Where is he on the priority list, if he is indeed still up for changes? I know he is an "If an opportunity arises" case but I'm curious if any new ideas have come up for him.
3. If he's in the foreseeable future, who is working on him?
4. What's the philosophy behind changing him/What are the changes aiming to fix?

I know he's a BIT on the weaker side but he's still perfectly usable and has many iconic skills. I really hope great care is taken with him, because he has a huge and devoted fanbase.
