@Riot|How do you guys manage/organise your resources in the balancing part of the game?
General Questions:

Do you assign a person to balance/look at: • a handful of champions? • half the champions?

Does it vary quite considerably per scenario? (The manpower to champion ratio).

Do you have specialised "mains" under your team to look at each champion?

Is there anything that you guys are looking at to better address champion balance in relation to player (particularly mains) feedback?
A few things I've noticed recently in the complaints from groups of players who main a certain champion arguing that the balance of that champion was completely missing; the issue, the theme or (less likely) the numbers.
