Can someone reccomend a build that's able to 100 - 0

unless it's a custom game nasus or veigar or yet full hp cho ult

probably only Veigar Ult onto someone like Sona late game if she has no MR

...can switch out both of the flat magic pen items if they are stacking insanely heavy MR but no hp....leave voidstaff in..
