I'm calling it right now. Kassadin item 3111 item 3042 item 3025 item 3110 item 3143 item 3102 is going to end up being OP. I could be wrong, but they actually haven't buffed his assassination power one bit, just his sticking power. So "Your build and your kit is perfect for shoving muramana procs up people's asses." will probably end up being a true statement.

Its like Fizz or Evelynn . Though his mid game will probably be even worse. SO if someone could figure out how to solve that problem, that would be nice.

They did not buff his sticking power. They NERFED his sticking power because they significantly reduced his range. I would rather have a 700 range blink than a 500 range blink with a 1 second lower cooldown and 10 less manacost.

I love how some people are calling it a buff. it makes me laugh. this champ has been nuked to oblivion its so upsetting especially since he was my main b****. RIP Kassadin nothing added after this nuke will i ever consider a buff.
