Change to make Thunderlords more for assassins/burst while taking away it's power from DOT procs

"Each spell used on enemy champions increase your next spell damage against them by 2% within the next 3 seconds stacking up to 4 times"

Since burst champs typically offload their rotation of spells in short order, so the hope is that is will output the higher damage during the burst while taking away the synergy of thunderlords+proc skill synergy. It should hopefully give assassins/burst the similar output they would have with thunderlords with the only tweak that would be needed would be the percent damage.

I see Thunderlords as more of a way to improve trading/harass in lane, and less about all-ins. So while I understand you're sentiment, I believe you're targeting this towards the wrong group.

Generally, I agree with Riot's approach of buffing the other key stone masteries rather than changing Thunderlords itself, as a believe that will allow for much more diversity of play.

The problem that it has still to the other offensive masteries in my opinion is that works to well compared to others early game the buff really only helped the late game of making them equal. Grasp of the Undying could take it's place just as well as the laning/harass keystone in a similar way.

I think that thunderlords can still cover a large group with this change and should make for little change for those who play in a way that they do quick rotation burst. Take miss fortune for example as a champ that people have grief with about too easily being able to proc thunderlords with her DOT. This would encourage a quick follow up since that skill is already a very good harass tool.

It is better than flat out overbuffing everything else or gutting thunderlords. I see this as something that should end the complaints about the mastery without gutting it, since some of the complaints are sound.

if you want it to make it more for assassins, these are the viable changes:

1- increase cooldown to at least 1 minute

2- make it only proc if the damage would kill the target.
