How good is Sylas's ad/ap conversion, *really*?

I've got the wiki open and I've seen the numbers.

All Hijacked ultimates and abilities that do not scale with ability power have their attack damage ratios converted to ability power ratios, scaling with 0.6% AP per 1% total AD, and 0.4% AP per 1% bonus AD.

Now I could sit here all day looking up ults and doing math to figure out what the scaling turns into and what damage would be. But that would be very time consuming and math only tells you so much. So instead I'm coming on here and asking for opinions from the rest of you. I've only been back for like a month or so, and seen very little of Sylas in that time, but I figure those of you who've been seeing and using him since he came out already know how good it is or isn't.

So how good is it? Is it such a bad conversion that there's basically no point in stealing an AD ult, unless you want it's non-damage affects? Is it good enough to just not care if the enemy is an ad or ap champion?

Its decent, I wouldn't worry about the math tbh because usually the numbers u find are very flawed, specially in any wiki. Its very close to actually just having the ability originally scale as it was AP, it does basically almost the same damage but in ap, it will be a bit lower than normal, but its still pretty up there.
