If im an adc or support, i already lose because i dont have any/enough cc or burst to stop him.
If im a mage, he can just time his abilities to dodge my cc and ignore my burst with his W.
Literally no counterplay to this shit. Even buying armor is useless because he does even more true damage than physical, esp with conqueror.

Second, how tf is taliyah supposed to block people off of herself with her ult? Its not an anivia wall that you can block off stuff in front of you with, it literally comes out of herself which means there is no way to use it to block people from YOURSELF.

Your under tower right. That means you can use other shit to make him die under tower because he has no defense like if you threw a high damage nuke at him, that will also bait it out. Also some burst mages don't even need to land the cc. Like lest say he q'd a 
q. He's under tower and you use every other spell as soon as it stops,he lost 1/-1/2 from tower on top of your burst and if that doesn't kill, directed by Michel Bay will and even if that's not enough, 
. Also any one of those nukes can bait it out. Also remember you still fail to realize that the point and click cc is unavoidable and there's nothing he can do to avoid it. Also there are a 3 more I should mention

For anivia, if he uses q on you over a wall, that's your chance to cc him because you have a stun. For tahlyah, she can knock him back and possibly behind said wall if he used

Before you bring up the mobility thing, vayne's q inst really used for mobility. If you did, well Yi doesn't care. It's used simularly to yi's q to dodge skillshots and the extra damage. It's less than a flash. also the ult invis fucks with his shit. Again under tower so he takes even more damage.
Tl;dr you don't have to necessarily blow ur cc to cockblock him. Walls, knock back, and burst (you said under tower).
