Hello, I feel pretty comfortable playing every role except support. Should I be looking to specialize or would it be better for me to just stick to one role? I don't really have a best role but if I did it would be top or jungle.

Teémò1 votesit's not bad as you can kite pretty well. Not as good as kalista jungle for clearing. Though his ganks are pretty powerful and only get stronger when he hits 6.
Oelyk4 votesAh Kalista, that reminds me when I was tired and a friend asked for a game and I did Kalista top, no one freaked out, it was just like so chill. No on said anything the entire game, I dumpstered a darius top which was hilarious, then when we won I got LP...
I had no Idea I was playing ranked, I was playing Kalista Top, and no one said ANYTHING. It was mind blowing.

Zone of Endless1 votesIf you want to play ranked and climb in ranked then having one role would be best. It never hurts to know how to play other roles though or at least have the basic of it.

DarkRitual1 votesStick to a single role preferred, with a secondary. Be able to play the other three. In your main role, have 2-3 champs that you are quite proficient with (unless it's support, having a wider pool is much better there). For your secondary, one or two is fine. One go-to champ for the rest. Having a champ that can play multiple roles is great, even if they aren't top tier meta. Lux for Mid/Support, Ryze or even new Katarina in Mid/Top, etc. Having proficiency in a champ overcomes a large amount of playing your lesser roles.
FioraWillCarry1 votesThe ideal way is to master or at least make an attempt to master two roles and learn support to a proficient degree. I think everyone, even hardcore one tricks should at the very least be a competent support. The support role is always in demand and you will find yourself having to play it quite a bit especially in premades where everyone always rushes the carry roles. Now auto-fill is always on so you will be supporting more than ever.
I'm a hardcore one trick and I do (Top/Mid) and 
(Support). I can climb at a steady pace with this.
Kr1sys1 votesDue to the way champ select is, I would specialize in support and two other roles, that way you can just pick those two roles in champ select and if you get autofilled support you'll be covered
FantasySniper1 votesTwo champions in every role. Even if you hate playing that one role, it helps that you know how it's played. Try to make them reliable picks, too. It goes without saying that you should avoid champions with high skill floors if you never intend to play the role all that often.
Some champions can play more than one role, but most of them are just poor substitutes in such cases. The following are consistently effective multi-role champions;
Top and Mid. Immune to nerfs.
Top and Jung. Somewhat weak.
Top and Jung.
Top and Mid.
Sup, Mid, and even Top.
Top and Mid. Somewhat weak.
Top, Mid, even Jung. Somewhat strong.
Sup and Mid.
Support and Top.
Top and Sup. A real dark horse pick.
Top and Mid. Somewhat strong.
