How bad will Taliyah flop on release?
From seeing videos and strolling on the PBE forums, she looks near useless, the only thing i find useful is the (w)? Push thing
How weak she will be when released?

her ult is pretty big.
my guess is she might be pretty op once people get the hang of her.
Yeah, probs like Bard ult.

lichbane is GREAT on talia.
shes better off building
imo. Not in that order, but that build won a lot of hard games.
Her q is actually really strong if you learn to land it. The w is actually pretty weak if you can't hit e though. Even then the damage is only mediocre.

shes problably going to be a strong support. her zone control is pretty crazy, even though her ap scaling isnt very high (except for her q if you manage to land 5 shards).
I don't see her as a support. This is coming from someone who loves playing unusual supports. Most adc's don't have dashes, so w is weak. Supports have very limited angles they can poke from due to minions. That combined with worked earth quickly makes her dmg useless. Her ult is weak vs supports who can often gap close anyways and adc's can just auto over it. E is a pretty weak cc as well.
Almost all of the ADCS that are doing well right now have a dash apart from Ez who has a blink. That is entirely irrelevant, your W forces a dash out of people. It also applies any time an enemy is forced over the rocks, be a it a pull, knock-up, knock back, etc. Sure they can auto over her wall, but you can cut them off, block out a jungler from ganking, separate them from their support.
Sorry, mentally got w and e mixed up. W is push right?
Well w is super hard to hit and it is really easy to walk out of e. Her ult is only useful if you have time to position yourself ahead of time. And if you are a support then there will be no one to push/pull an enemy through your e outside of like... a gragas ult. I just can't see it doing well with such unreliable cc. The roam is good, esp for warding, but the roaming ganks would be pretty weak as a low dmg support.
Yes, I believe thats correct. I don't really remember what skill is which though. While the push is hard to hit, I think in a 2v2 lane it will be a bit easier. I'm not saying she is going to be a great pick compared to others, but the potential is definitely there.
Well if we are talking about the potential to support then my ap vayne support says "do w/e you want"
Realistically though bot lane is the last place I would stick her.
But see, Vayne doesn't have that potential. She has one form of unreliable CC in that you need a wall. Other than that she is an all damage champion. See, though, imagine a Vayne + Taliyah combo. Condemn would be awesome with a wall on demand.
Honestly taliyah cc is so delayed I would rather have condemn. And Taliyah ult not only has a cast time, it is a lot less practical in a fight than say, aniva, who would beat taliyah as a support in every way.
she will be midlane only her damage is to dependant on items. She will be bad until ppl figure out how and when to play her id say in a month or so she will be ok she still seems like a utility based mid laner to me she might see some play with a double marksman comp
She's probably one of those champs, who looks weak overtly, but is going to be a dominant force in the pro scene, due to her kit. Aside from her roams, her ult can also be used to get back to lane, that could make her hard to simply shove out of lane, and could allow her to grind out an advantage in terms of xp.
And even though her ratio's may be weaker, the shear amount of Utility in her kit is going to make her strong. (She's a Utility mage)
I honestly don't see her being that useful. Riot is due for a bad champion release (aside from Illaoi, each of their last 10 released characters has been ridiculously dominant in the meta at some point). She's also being released after a patch in which they tried (and failed) to fix mid-lane mages, so unless she's given ridiculous scaling she'll probably need a few patches to balance out.
she'll probably be like the next Aurelion Sol/Jhin, aka dumpster tier but then people will realize oh wait, this person is actually insanely strong then demand guttings
