They're nerfing many champions when they nerf Runeglaive. They're only nerfing a stupid off build when they nerf ezreal.

-> No more AoE on minions or champions -> No more converting the attack applying it into magic damage (which guts people like Evelynn since it would convert half her E into magic)

Neither of them needs nerfed tbh converting his q to magic damage really doesn't do anything as far as ap ez is concerned . lich bane does more damage or you can just get lich bane and iceborn bam glorfied rune glaive makes lich bane aoe .
