If you're buffing Kai'Sa, buff her AP

'Cause right now every kai is building 100% AD when she was supposed to be a hybrid champion.

Buffing her AP would be so much healthier and more effective.

I think they should reduce the required AD to upgrade her Q to 75. AP items give much more than AD, so having the same number requirement to upgrade Q and W is kind of silly.

according to that logic, GP was meant to be a hybrid champ because his ult scales off AP.

gp has two piss-poor ap scalings, kaisa has three very high ap scalings and one minor ap scaling for every auto-attack

almost every AD champ has an ap ratio in their kit somewhere, kaisa has four

Kai'Sa was designed to be highly build flexible, whether going on-hit, AD or AP.
