You gotta constantly look to see which lane could use your help as well as when is the best oppurtunity to do so. Need to have eyes on enemy jungler while keeping spawn timers in mind. Yes in low elo you can go devourer yi, because not many know how to stop you or how to get their team ahead since they're playing 5v4 for 20min.
